Garage Sale
The community of Mukilteo gathers one weekend each spring for simultaneous garage sales. The neighbors of Wingate are encouraged to participate. The HOA will promote the event and put up entrance signage. So get a jump on your spring cleaning and host a sale or browse sales yourself. This is a great time to get out and meet neighbors.

4th of July Parade & Party
Our neighborhood’s favorite annual event! Decorate your bikes, wagons, strollers, and cars and follow the fire truck through the neighborhood in the parade. Then, join the block party for a BBQ provided by the HOA. Look for more details to be announced in June.

Wingate puts on quite a show for the holidays! Each year the HOA Board makes the rounds and selects their top picks for the best holiday light displays.

This fun group of Wingate residents with generally green thumbs has been meeting for 25 years. Members take turns hosting the meetings and presenting the topics, which have covered many aspects of gardening over the years. For more information email Cheryl at parents@eriksens.org
